I am more than happy to be totally transparent about any data that I collect from you and how it is used.

1. By signing up for the Customer features of the Zettle app you are agreeing for me to collect your information for marketing purposes, including by phone, email or text messages and that I am required to turn my device to you to obtain this consent.  In reality I do not ring, email or text as this data is only used to provide my Loyalty Discounts.

2. I will only collect data in the Zettle app from customers who are Eighteen (18) years or older.

3. Data is only used by me to understand Customer purchasing patterns and apply marketing promotions such as discount vouchers.

4. No data that I collect is shared with anyone else in any way and all data is treated as confidential.

5. I will respect all opt-out requests from my Customers by immediately deleting the Customer’s data. This will also stop you being able to use any discount promotional offers.

6. Customers are also able to delete their own data at any time and there are links to do this in any communications from the Zettle app. This will also stop you being able to use any discount promotional offers.

7. My use of the Customer Features of the Zettle app will be in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

When you visit www.specialisthandymanservices.co.uk, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site.
